Monir Masoud
Manager- Community College Pathways @National University System
Monir Masoud has over 10 years of experience in higher education/student success. With a background in enrollment and academic advising, Monir focuses his energy on educating students on the pathway to graduation. As the Manager of Community College Pathways, he oversees community college partnerships and student transfer initiatives that support clear, academic pathways focused on the degree for both transfer students and community college employees. Monir received his AA in Business/Sales from Deltion College in the Netherlands, a BA in Communications/PR/Marketing from the Applied Science University of Windesheim in the Netherlands, and an M.S. in Organizational Leadership and an M.A. in Human Behavior from National University. He speaks four languages: Farsi/Dari, Russian, Dutch and English, drinks a lot of smoothies and enjoys hiking. For him life means FUN!
Jessica Gladney
Director of the Field Outreach Team and K-12 Education @National University System
Jessica Gladney has been with National University for over 15 years where she has held various positions within regional operations. As the former Director of Community College Relations, Ms. Gladney helped lead National University's recruitment, admissions, and retention efforts, and her success led her to becoming Director of the Field Outreach Team and K-12 Education. In her current role, she works to establish community partnerships with external county offices of education, unified school districts, charter schools and organizations that enable students and employees a seamless entry into the university to pursue their educational and career goals. Jessica also leads the California based team of Community Education Specialist who are responsible for coordinating business to consumer outreach, recruitment, and engagement activities supporting current business partners of the Workforce Education Solutions division. Throughout her tenure at the University, she has assisted hundreds o
